They gladly took me in for a very last minute appointment which I was glad about. The place is clean, ambience is OK. However, the lady who did my nails never really interacted with me. Even when I left, the staffs or the owner, did not say thank you, etc. Quality of work wise, it was not good, considering the price. Nails were not trimmed uniformly and nail polish was not applied well and more. I was not satisfied with my experience and would not recommend this place to others.

I had my nails done here on July 2, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the quality. I paid $68, but within a week the nails started feeling very soft and breaking. A week later, three nails have already broken, even though I haven’t been doing anything that would normally cause them to break. They would just crack or snap on their own, which makes me question the quality of the product or application. I was also disappointed with the nail preparation. I have been going to Qnails for over 5 years and every experience is first class! All the staff there have become my family/friends. I am always treated so kindly and I appreciate their craftsmanship and design advice! Recommend all day long ❤️

I chose to get my mani/pedi at this salon because it was close to home. Pros: The salon is clean and the staff were friendly. I did not feel rushed and appreciated that my nails were done separately from my feet. In all, I was there for about an hour. My nails turned out beautifully and im very happy with them however the con: lacking a bit of attention to details. I prefer a coffin shaped nail and unfortunately a few of the nails are uneven on the sides.
