I've been getting my nails done here for about six months now. The location is convenient and they do a pretty good job. However, about three weeks ago, the guy named William who did my full acrylic manicure that day, I noticed dark patches of skin under my toenails. For the first time in my life, I had toenails with cuticles underneath. This was very uncomfortable and I couldn't paint over them. I'm very disappointed and won't be coming back here again.
Mixed experience.My sister’s Builder Gel nails started falling off just days after getting them done. She returned to have three nails fixed. At first, they gave her a tech who was completely clueless. Fortunately, another girl took over to fix the mistake. My sister mentioned that this second tech was professional and made the nails look very nice and well-shaped. I appreciate the fix, but management needs to make sure all their staff are properly trained.
I have enjoyed coming to Q Nails for several years. Today I had the pleasure of having Ben get my toes ready for a new school year. Ben is new to Bluffton and did a fabulous job! Can’t wait to go back! Ask for Ben if you are looking for your next nail tech.
