Thank you Qnails for wonderful service! I had family time with my nephew yesterday and brought him with me and we both got pedicures and the service and the outcome of our pedicures were completely satisfying!
The owner was rude he was upset I didn’t like how he was piling paint on my nails to do a French tip and he didn’t have it neat . It was smeared, bulky the line wasn’t straight and he was very annoyed because I told him I didn’t like it . He told me no one else could do it and he would just charge me for full set without the French .I left with unfinished nails . Don’t come here . If you are black, this is not the establishment for you. The owner is racist. I have been there for 1+ years and he never remembers his customers. He always ask me if this is my first time here even though I have been there for more than a year 🤣. I literally see him cater to his white customers and just leave his black customers behind. To make matters worse, he charged me $135 for a fill in. $135 yall. Just saying. I won’t be going back there but good luck to yall
Hey , just sharing my experience first timing going to Q Nails today . Kevin did my nails table 1 . He was very nice efficient and very polite. The environment was clean & everyone was nice I’ll definitely be back . Thanks again for such an amazing experience.
I’m pretty simplistic about my nails price is always fair to me. And they always do a good job. I wish there were more cat eye colors and chrome. However other than that this is a great place to get your nails done.
