All of the Staff was very nice! Got a great pedi. Relaxing vibe! No wait on a Tuesday afternoon(there was 3 of us). Very clean. Absolutely would recommend.
Overall, I usually had a good experience. At times, I wasn’t fully happy with my nails, but they were acceptable. My friend and I always went together, and the last time she went, she had a very negative experience. I was a long-time customer and I will no longer be returning. I couldn’t believe their response to her review blaming the customer instead of simply acknowledging that she left dissatisfied. Took my mother in law to get her nails done for her wedding I’ve been coming to q nail for years now and i feel like it was a bit pricy being $110 full set and the guys doing her nails kinda gave up on the second hand meaning he placed a gem on the end of her nail and it was falling off the nail so it popped off later that day and the design for the second hand didn’t really match the first hand with the acrylic flower and was a little rude to begin with he didn’t really talk with us either and we were going to ask if he co... read more
