I recliner chairs are terrible and don't recline or massage. They are also slow too. I had to sit in one of the chairs and it didn't recline so my back hurt really bad.
They take reservations but they do account for them. So even if you call ahead they will do everyone on first come first serve basis, so beware. One time my mother went in to get an eye brow wax and the lady dropped wax on her brand new shirt! When she hawked if it would come out when laundered she said "oh yea, it will be fine". It did not, she had to get use corm starch and luckily it came out. My sister makes sure to file down her nails before she goes because they are not patient when shaping the nails correctly.
