I went here for 2 years getting beautiful lashes by Lily. I would get refills every 3-4 weeks and it wasn’t until almost 5 months later I came in for a refill but for hygiene purposes I required a new set, which i understand but they could have told me in advance, all of a sudden i started to notice the same thing the woman who listed in the last review! I love full volume lashes and Q Lash is my #1 favorite if you call for a same day appointment and if they’re fully booked they’ll put you on the list incase someone cancels or doesn’t show up and 9/10 you will get a call back I’ve done it a few times !
