I called Quentin and right away he was able to fix it under warranty after I mailed the ring. A few months after that, I decided I wanted to upgrade my wedding ring. After the unfortunate loss of my wedding ring I was looking for something unique and beautiful to replace it. That is when I came across Q Jewelry and Gifts. Quinton was amazing with customer service that is unmatched. The ring needed to be sized and he knew I drove an hour to get there. He stopped everything he was doing to take care of me right away so I would not have to drive back. What an amazing experience!! Highly recommend!
Quinton did a fantastic job working on my grandmother's wedding ring. She was fortunate to wear it for over 60 years and Quinton helped ensure it could last another 60 years for my own marriage!
