Just called and a guy answered "Hello", I was confused as if I got the right number. But that's not all, he was short and rude, I asked if there were any apartments available and I got a straight "No". So rude, honestly, where is the customer service skills? He for sure needs to take some classes to attend a business number and customer service would also be nice.
Was here to check out an apartment but right when I parked in the guest parking spots specifically for the leasing office visitors, someone came out to tell me not to park there. I tried to explain I was there to see the leasing office, but the person kept talking over me unwilling to listen. Idk if it was the manager or a resident, but shows you the vibe of the place... so I just left.
I’ve been calling this apartments for the past week to make sure the apartment is still there and they invited me in (was planning to go tomorrow). All of a sudden I tell him I have a service animal he’s like no. LOL
