Today my visit was with Epic Medical Associates Dr. Heena Khand, MD! very professional! You know I understand busy! actually better than most, as I manage teams for 1200 plus individuals daily which is why I prefer early appointments, so I can get out of everyone's way. Where is the 0 choice. They cancelled my appointment 10 days ago and were supposed to call me back which they didn't. 15 calls with no answer. TOPPER IS 145 APPOINTMENT TODAY ONLY TO FIND LIGHTS OFF AND CLOSED. I even called at 10am to tell them I was coming. Surreal

Wait time and staff is awful. I have been waiting 3 weeks for this man to sign simple documents for LOA and he's been ignoring my calls and then lying about meet him at the office and is Never there. I call the office and no answer. I'm looking for a new Doctor Just pitiful.....OMG
