Called with an issue and it turned out to be a simple fix that he walked me thru on the phone rather than charging me to come out and push one button.
Quentin was absolutely amazing. He was upfront and honest about his rates, and for (basically) a one man show, he is reasonably priced too. Though my issue ended up having nothing to do with electrical, but he still talked through some options and called the supervisor of our plumber to let them know.
