I will say great customer service but was not happy about this price and out come of my hair. I’m sorry but will not come back again as I take my beautiful long hair serious, Also if you have to rush please schedule accordingly don’t just take my money and leave me unsatisfied.
Hair cut process was amazing. Quick sign in, quick to be seated. Was a comfortable environment and the hair cut itself was great.
Sonia did a great job with my cut and Oliplex conditioning treatment. The massage chairs at the shampoo bar are quite a treat!
Came in and Sonia greeted me and welcomed me in. I have a wolf cut and so my hair was quite long. I showed Sonia a picture of the haircut I wanted, where my bangs were right above my eyes, a trim on my sides, and some layers at the back. While I was getting cut, Sonia was very easy to converse with and she always made sure that I was satisfied! Amazing customer service and I definitely will be returning for more haircuts in the future 🤙
