I’ve been going to Q-Cuts for a few years now and always have a great experience! Sonia and Paula are so welcoming and friendly. I appreciate how they take the time to understand your hair type and give recommendations that actually work for you.
I went to get a haircut and showed her the picture and I said keep the back long or medium length and she cut it short Not what I asked for
Sonia was my hairstylist, she was phenomenal. She asked what I wanted and did it exactly that, looked exactly like the photos. She even gave styling tips!
Never got a chance to cut the hair. I had 5 PM appointment, patiently waited till 5.30 PM untill the previous haircut was done. After that the lady who got done told me wait for the other lady to get free and went to some other customer. I checked with other lady and she was almost 20 mins away from being done. I left after that Waste of 45 mins plus no haircut.
I had a wonderful experience at Q Cuts! I came in at the very last minute because my sister decided she wanted to surprise and treat me to a birthday gift. I had no idea what I wanted and hadn't even planned on getting a haircut that day. My stylist, Paula, took really great care of me from start to finish.
