Avoid renting or buying any property that has its ducted aircon system designed or installed by QCool. The owner of this company obviously has no clue whatsoever what an aircon is and how it works. Hopeless on all levels.
Totally awful. We purchased a new apartment with a centralised air-conditioning system designed by Q-Cool. It worked for 2 months and stopped cooling since then. The technician figured out a serious design problem that affects the system for the whole building. Repairing and replacement has been totally a nightmare! It takes forever to start (more than 1 year), and communication with their director from owners and body corporate manager has constantly fall into deaf ears. Avoid this company for sure.
