I built with Q Coast Homes 5 years ago, having moved in Feb 2020. I have just sold my home and during the pest & building inspection on my property the inspector discovered the entire roof needs re-pointing (mortar). I contacted Q Coast, only to be told it’s not structural, it’s maintenance. I’ve since had 2 roofing companies inspect my roof, and both stated the poor quality materials have been used, and a roof should last a minimum of 10 years before maintenance, not 5 years. Absolute rubbish builder, every aspect of this company is terrible, except for the sales department. Honestly take my advice and don't use them, you'll thank me later. Have a novel of defects on our build and nothing has been fixed
Purchased a display a home from Darryl and entered into a 2 year leaseback agreement COVID hit in 2020 and rent was placed on freeze for 6 months On completion of the lease, no further rental payments were made and 6 months rent is still owing Highly unprofessional. Dodging calls and not responding to emails
