I've now been to this clinic twice and both times have had excellent service and medical care. I am a trans person and the caregivers here were very respectful about both my pronouns, name and comfort regarding my gender. I can't remember her name but I would recommend the blonde nurse with an accent (British I think) she was absolutely lovely and ensured my visit went smoothly and that I wasn't uncomfortable at all with the testing or screening questions.
