Review for sales team – Sales person trying to sale $9000 car in $12000 with $2000 discount... Main thing is cost $9000 is written on there website, and still he was not accepting the truth even after I shown him it on his website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FRIENDLY suggestion is ... "Please be aware of SALES team guys and this dealership"
Be Warey – This dealership is not fair when it comes to to giving you what your vehicle is really worth as compared to what they actually try to sell it for. Be ware to all especially the elderly.This dealership gave an 87 yr.old customer $7,500.00 trade in on a clean 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 13,245 miles and have it on their lot for sale at $13,000.00. That is a $5,500.00 markup. ARE THEY LOOKING OUT FOR THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTERESTS OR THEIRSELVES?
Wide Selection! – Q Chrysler Jeep Dodge has a great selection of vehicles… I was like a kid at a candy store… many choices, but once the sales consultant came to us he made it that easy to purchase our new vehicle!
Easy process!!! – The service team at Q Chrysler Jeep Dodge knows what they are doing… I went in for a quick oil change and they were like speed racers… I was outta there less than 30min I was impressed and I’ll definitely send people over to Q C.J.D!!!
Honest Dealer!!! – Many people including myself are very iffy about dealerships due to the pushy and dishonesty… However Q Chrysler Jeep Dodge proved me wrong, they gave me my space and time to really look at the wonderful selection they had! It was quite interesting how honesty is the key to selling someone and that’s what they did… I felt like they took care of me and what I wanted.
