Bad experience sold me a Mazda CX 5 with a new MOT but the car had 2 bald tyres. Had the car around 5 weeks it spent over 2 weeks in for repair since the engine light and other warning lights came back on each time we got it back . The last straw happened soon after I had the alignment checked and found out I was driving around with bald tyres . The next day the car went in to limp mode and I demanded my money back . Stay away. Traded in a Peugeot 107 and Bought a Mazda, which half way home the dash lit up with every warning light and went into limp mode. They Collected it to repair after a week of telling me to keep an eye on it. brought it back a week later and 2 mile down the road same problems again… asked for refund and return the Mazda which ended up with me having to mention legal advice before the ball started rolling for the refund, as they kept trying to convince me to keep it. Great customer service. We put a deposit down for a car to collect later in the week. Once home we realised the car wasn't 100% for us. And we contacted Mina motors and were lovely and understanding and were happy to transfer our deposit back, which we were surprised with. Nice to deal with understanding, good people.
