After having 2 previous care companies that have put my husband at complete risk, I honestly can't thank the staff - both management and carers enough. The support, advice and help have been second to none. Helen and Colleen came to see us before their start date and put a plan in place with regards to some issues we had previously and all care staff are friendly, polite and experienced. Management are lovely and very professional and helpful. They worked with us on everything, no problem too small, and always quick to respond to emails and telephone calls. A carer was initially put in place very quickly, faster than we expected! That eased our worries and kept mum at home, where she wanted to be. Unforseen circumstances ended our time with Q Care, and that was handled graciously too. More than happy to recommend this company.
