They will scratch your car, lie about what services you are getting. I have been going there for years, perfectly happy with just a normal car wash. Today I bought a "hand wax - no electrical buffer used". What I got was a liquid wax with an electrical buffer, a scratched car and a lot of attitude. It pays to pay attention to reviews!
They OWE me money! – This place has bad management. I didn't receive the services I paid for due to lack of staff and slow service - so I asked for a refund. The manager refused and then said, "Thank You, hope I never see you again." I hope this place is closed soon because no one should ever have a business with such horrible customer service. I never received my $40 for the detail and left with a water-spotted vehicle, dirty windows, and dirty console and dashboard - talk about mad at losing $40.00!
Waterworks Going Down The Drain – I have been a loyal customer for over ten years. I have two cars and two more for my driving children so it's pretty good business. I drove car #1 in this morning (January 16, 2010) and presented my previous receipt to get a discount off of my 20 dollar wash and all went well.
