Terrible service not very helpful or professional
Went to Tony for a so called, reliable motor for around the 3 and a half K price, that should hopefully do me for the year having a full mot. Had nothing but isssues with this car in the 5 months(3000 miles) I've owned this car, little issues that I didn't mind paying but now expensive issues. New turbo costing me £1000. When you contact him about buying a motor,replies straight back. Message him about warranty, please going half's on turbo for this shed, he doesn't want to know.
Tony is one of the good ones! Had a nightmare with another car from another dealer and his advice and understanding was second to none. Purchased a lovely focus from QCS and I genuinely don't think I would go anywhere else for a new car in the future! A* service and really top bloke!
Tony is a fantastic sales man. Doesn't push you and allows you to decide without that annoying sales pitch. Had a couple issues with the car ( unforseen) but got 3 months warranty and the issues sorted instantly and Tony went above and beyond. All I can say is this. If you're looking for a car and want a honest true to his word sales man go see Tony at qcs.
