I've been out of town for awhile, but I absolutely love this store. The first few times I got my hair braided, I didn't really know what I needed and they were so helpful. If I didn't understand the purpose of a product or how to use it, they took the time to explain it, and they also helped me color match my hair. The one time I did have a problem with a product (the brand of bump cream that they carry can stand out on pale skin) I went back and they tried to help me find a replacement. The best color match I have ever gotten in my 3 years of wearing extensions I’m genuinely in love with my hair and it was half the price I had been paying!! The staff is so friendly and helpful, planning to shop here from now on!

They don't stand by the prices they put on the shelf. The shelf said $10.99 they charged me $13.99. I bought 2 of the product...that was a $6.00 difference. Then they had the nerve to tell me they go by what the computer says. That is poor buiness...I will never go there again nor will I recommend anyone to go. I gave them one star...because their door worked on my way OUT!
