Have tried to make it here 3 times. First two times I made it just before closing and they had closed early. Fair enough. Tonight I finally make it in! All the lights and tvs are on, the open sign is lit right up. Thered even staff behind the counter and patrons sitting at tables. Ask to place my order. "Sorry, we're closing soon and all the meat is cold". I finally gave up and left before 8:45. Open sign still lit up. Patrons still sitting and waiting. This place is great for quick, cheaper, no frills southern BBQ food. The meat itself was very good and portions were great! The 2 things that the Lancaster Smokehouse does better are cornbread (they were individual loaves that looked precooked), and their sauce wasn't as good or varied. I so HP bottles so I think that's mostly what their sauce is based on. It has friendly staff, but isn't licensed, so you can't grab a beer here. Overall, I would go again!

Pretty disappointed - ordered 3 pulled chicken sandwiches with BBQ sauce & coleslaw and a greek salad online for pick-up. Picked up my order and once I got it home I realized only 1 of the sandwiches had the sauce and slaw - the other 2 were dry (no sauce & no slaw) and the greek salad had no dressing on it!! Will not order from here again. Food was alright though - once I added my own BBQ sauce from home and salad dressing from home.

Brenden the manager is a great asset to This company. Makes the visit remarkable every time. Def will be going back for more
