Had the pleasure of working with Kim Lemuel to ship my car over a 1,000 miles. Utmost professional. Answered all my calls, texts, emails, in a timely fashion and kept I’m me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend and would certainly use them again.
Kim acted as my broker for transporting my car to Honolulu. I could not have received better service. My car was delivered to Long Beach but then I had to cancel the transport across the ocean. Kim contacted Matson and everything was taken care of and a refund made immediately for the unused portion of the transport. Awesome experience.
