As a former employee, Unfortunately, my time at Q & A Dental Care wasn’t positive. The office culture was toxic, and management displayed manipulative and passive-aggressive behavior. I also witnessed racially insensitive & discriminatory comments, which made the environment uncomfortable. I hope the office improves its professionalism and respect toward future patients & staff. Pros about this company include the dentist being willing to train and educate, other cons being unethical practices and poor management.
