Amazing experience! Staff was welcoming and friendly. Definitely put my nerves at ease. Dental assistant was really sweet and personable. Doctor had wonderful bedside manner and was able to answer all questions I had. I felt embarrassed for missing out on my dental appointments for so long but coming here I never felt ashamed for it. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
I love Dr. Montgomery. His bedside manner is pristine and his staff are always so kind. He listens to my concerns and they take their time with any procedure, cleaning, x-ray, whatever!!!! Every patient matters here and I appreciate that the most. Quality care is their top concern.
I was recommended to Q&A and I am so glad I followed that recommendation. Service was outstanding from walking in the door until I was walking out the door with my next appt. My husband and I are FORMER patients of Dr. Montgomery we have been patients for 3 years. I am not one to complain or write negative reviews - but this is unacceptable. We received a bill for $21.00 and was hit with a late fee of $85.00 that is a 400% uplift in a late fee percentage....CRAZY..... We have never received a late fee before EVER....and after paying several thousand dollars after insurance this is how we were treated. 11:30am My appointment time 11:15am I am in the lobby 11:20am I am taken back to the dental chair - No dental bib was put on me, my mouth was not even opened to be looked at for was I was supposed to be getting done that day. 11:30am the doctor says hello to me and then has a side conversation with the hygienist.
