Dr. Bi is the slowest and least engaged allergist I’ve ever met. She showed little interest in answering questions and rushed through the visit. After taking multiple samples, she only checked two—even though we were ready to pay for all of them. She lacks basic etiquette while dealing with a small child. Very sad to see such a doctor in this profession who lacks empathy. I do not recommend her—please take go to a better and a more caring allergist.
We went to see Dr Abdurahman for my daughter, but there was a different doctor there. We were not even informed that the doctor had changed for the day. We met Dr Bi and I would say she was not the best. She was not at all empathetic. As new parents we had a few questions for her but her answers were vague. Also she kept seeing her watch when we’re asking questions but interestingly there were no patients waiting for her. Not very satisfied with our experience today.
Dr Quirt and her team are beyond terrible. no empathy and no care.
Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Dr. Quirt was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no bedside manner. I also question her ability to properly assess patients with allergies. After my experience, I’m not surprised by the number of negative reviews from others. I truly wish I had read them before booking, because my visit confirmed what so many people have already said.
Secretary is rude. While making my appointment I decided to cancel and find somewhere else to have my tests done. Avoid at all costs
