Woman beware!!! I had two teams do work on my heat pump. The first team was more worried about a drain spout not fully connected to my house instead of the heat pump not working. Making the statement “I wouldn’t have this at my house”. Second team kept asking about a male or husband in the house. After the work was completed no one walked in to check and make sure all was operational, instead asked about a male cutting grass towards the heat pump.
