We had a horrible experience with Dr. Day. She was recommended by Broward Courts and we hired her to assist with our disabled adult son’s guardianship case. Dr. Day knowingly disregarded medical records that were pertinent to the case. When we brought this to her attention, she replied that she would not allow us to speak of the medical diagnosis (although the diagnosis was given by leading medical doctors and is a DSM diagnosis, and we had extensive medical records of this issue that were provided). I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Day. She is the reason I was able to grow up in a safe household.

Dr. Day did the psych evaluation for my divorce/custody case- the process itself was very detailed and long however the office staff was always kind and accommodating. Dr. Day carries herself in a wonderful manner and does very well at being neutral which of course, I assume is required, however she was always pleasant and patient with my children in the interactions I was able to see and for that I was very grateful.

Terrible humans. These people were appointed as parenting evaluators in my custody case. 2 weeks after they had completed her evaluation, my ex-wife was charged with a felony for child neglect. Still, these people recommended the mother had majority time sharing. She is a crock. Avoid at all costs!
