I bought a vape pen base, and it was broken when I got it. The lady wouldn’t exchange it, so I left the product and disputed it with my bank. I will never spend money on broken products, and this unprofessional, rude old lady refused to help. I didn’t break it—it came in the pack broken, but who cares. My bank got my money back, and you’re mad, haha. That’s why nobody shops there. Go back to your country, rude, unprofessional, unpleasant, sloppy lady. Yo show how unprofessional you are
