Absolutely, horrible company. The customer service is beyond bad, It's deplorable! Erika has aout the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed. Obviously a very small company and they need to learn etiquette.
Ordered a crossbow a couple of weeks ago for $3000.00 that showed up damaged. Finally got them to respond and agree to refund mee after emailing them the proof and the pictures of the damage they said they will claim it with UPS for damages and refund me. Three weeks later and still no refund, and every time they email me, it's a contradiction. Luckily, they did agree to refund and take care of everything in one of the first emails.So I have proof.
