Worst customer service. They literally do nothing to help. Don't purchase from them. If you have any problems with anything, they won't help. Unless it's gonna cost you some big bucks. Then they're all ears. Shop elsewhere that has a reputable customer service. These guys with leave you out of a lot of money and stuck with broken garbage they sold you and won't replace or help you replace.
Pyramid Air is my number one go to source for ordering air guns and air gun supplies and has been for years. Very dependable and fast shipping. Good selection and for the most part a great dependable customer service by phone with much value added and helpful advice and tips. The ONLY reason this company does not get a 5 star review: I asked for advice for ordering the right scope rings for an Air Force Texan with a picatinney mount. Great experience bought 4 tins of jts dead center pellets got one free cheaper than ebay or Amazon especially when you get the 5th for as well no complaints other than I wish the shipping was free for a lesser amount but shipping was fast packaging was superb totaly happy will shop again and would recommend especially for pellets
I have just recently gotten into airgunning. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Pyramyd team. The customer service has been outstanding. No complaints here. Two thumbs up. I have bought 3 guns and a multitude of ammo. I had issues with 2 of the guns, and they were resolved quickly.
