I have had the pleasure of working with Steve Garrard in a couple of different facilities over the past 6 or 7 years now. Of all the psychiatrists Ive seen Steven T. Garrard is the kindest and best. Ive been struggling and stressed and he helped me find the best medicine to match my needs. I highly recommend him his prices are great so I could pay out of pocket.
