We had a leak in our bathroom but couldn't find where it was. Pyramids were able to track it down and fix it quickly. Would recommend.

Our old flush valve handle system was replaced with a new button system and a couple other things were changed/replaced in the cistern. Sam did a great job and explained what was needed and the costs involved. Definitely recommend and will be in touch if needed again for anything in the future.

The plumber Sam was courteous and professional upon arrival. Provided a solution and repair on the day and clearly explained the nuances of the bath tub tap replacement and sourcing of parts. Would use again for plumbing related jobs.

Diagnostics was completely wrong on boiler failure, ended up bringing another engineer which confirmed the fault. Was no need to spend 3hrs bleeding radiators, building up the bill and checking flue as clearly that was not an issue. After the repairs went to chase money to tenants house, even though it was Xmas break and most account offices was closed. Wouldn't advise to trust his knowledge or approach regards professional services. Avoid if possible.
