I had the opportunity to work with Pyramid Tree Service. I had part of my oak tree hit my house over the Labor Day weekend. This tree made several holes in my roof as well as other damage. Eddie's response was immediate, professional and was a calming element for me to know he knew exactly what needed to be done. Within hours his crew and equipment arrived and by the end of the day the tree was gone everything was cleaned up and was like the tree had never fallen. Eddie and crew at Pyramid did a fantastic job. I requested an estimate and immediately got a call with an appointment for the next day. The cost was VERY reasonable. They came within a week and completed the job (removed one tree and trimmed a second tree) in 2.5 hours. The trimmed tree looks great. They cleaned my yard so well you couldn’t tell any tree work had been done. If i ever need tree work done i will definitely use Pyramid Tree Service.

Can’t recommend them enough. Eddie was great to work with, and three things in particular stood out. First, he was incredibly fast in communication, scheduling, and getting the job done. He worked around my schedule, which is unique in a business like this. Second, he’s really educated in his work, especially on the insurance side of it. Third, he’s just a cool guy. He had my back from the beginning, and never once seemed like he was in a hurry to get to the next job. Again, can’t recommend them enough.
