After several years of good services preparing our taxes, we had an issue with the IRS. Unfortunately, over the course of 8 months we experienced troubling lack of communication and follow through by Pyramid which delayed resolution of our case. Advice and knowledge on how to address the issue with the IRS was also off the mark. Overall, we experienced a lack of professionalism and as a result we can no longer recommend Pyramid.
