Boy, the hits just keep on coming with these guys. After having our roof and guttering replaced by Pyramid, we had a multitude of problems surface almost immediately. We thought we had them all repaired, but little did we know that there was more to come. After we had a winter storm dump ice and snow on the roof, the sun comes out and starts melting it. Don't make the same mistake we made. We hired Pyramid Roofing to replace our roof and guttering after a microburst with large hail hit our area. After 3-1/2 months of one failure after another occurring, we think, are hopeful at least, that everything is done. That is except for the myriad of nails, screws, staples, pieces of shingles and trash we continue to find in our yard around the house. BUYER BEWARE: Behold my new $12,000 roof installed by Pyramid Roofing.
