These guys were sensational. Tried to get them back this week for more work only to find out that the business is closed and the number no longer valid. Cannot get a hold of anyone in the Parkdale area to do some restumping works. Easier to win powerball!
I cannot thank Jim and Wayne enough for their excellent work on my home. They were so friendly, communicated well at all times, obviously very experienced and professional. I appreciated their recommendations on how far to raise the floor without causing too much damage. They went above and beyond and helped me move garden plants to enable access for them. I am so thankful I came across Wayne & Jim. I had never relevelled a home & had heard the horror stories. From the initial quote, I was struck by how professional & experienced they were. They used lasers to check the levels & took time to explain everything. My house had been previously restumped by another company & was a bit of a mess...they were determined to get it as flat as possible & wouldn't sign off for a couple of weeks until they were happy. Would not think twice about using Pyramid Restumping again.
