If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately, we had a major leak in an upstairs bathroom at the end of June 2025. The plumbers contacted Pyramid Restoration to take care of the cleanup/mitigation. When you look on Google, their reviews are great. However, take a look on Yelp too. Our experience with them was far from pleasant. They will absolutely attempt to pack up your belongings and tell you that they will store them off site. Don’t let them do that. Last November, we contacted Pyramid Restoration to assess water damage in our condo. During the initial inspection, they told us there was significant moisture damage and urged us to act immediately—insisting that our insurance would cover the entire process and that they had “done this thousands of times.” They made it sound urgent and routine.
