Last November, we contacted Pyramid Restoration to assess water damage in our condo. During the initial inspection, they told us there was significant moisture damage and urged us to act immediately—insisting that our insurance would cover the entire process and that they had “done this thousands of times.” They made it sound urgent and routine.
