To say our experience with Pyramid Plumbing was nothing short of nightmare would be an understatement.After paying a 30% deposit it has taken 6 months to get a 4 day job completed. Even then it was not completed as per quote so there were emails and calls and part payment withheld to get Matt to come back. If you are thinking of using this tradesman think twice.
we have had a bad experience with this person. i would not recommend. we have paid upfront and still have not received our documentation which the council are waiting on.
I do not recommend Pyramid Plumbing Systems for any plumbing works on your property. We have had extensive delays in the completion of works resulting in us experiencing financial and commercial penalties. Matt will not start works until full payment is made, and what's more disappointing he wont respond to your messages or calls. Stay away from this company.
