This location has got to be one of the best Branches ever!!! The staff are amazingly informative, Kate was able to translate cell phone service's lingo so I could better understand what exactly I needed for a plan, the pro's and my fears of how to transfer all my info from 1 phone to another. I was with another carrier since 2005. Amazing store
I went into the T-Mobile store and spoke with David last week. I liked the initial interaction, and said to my husband “we have to go back there, they are great!” I then came back with my husband on Saturday night. We had an amazing experience! We worked with David Parent, and store manager, Robert Queripel. They had such great customer service!
