I am extremely disappointed with the service! Right from the moment we arrived, they started with regulations! First of all, we can't walk to the lake (guess why...you have to pay a $15 parking fee) We paid to enjoy a boat rental and spend time on the lake, but the lack of communication that there are no boats available or rather the way they do business is shocking! We try to rent a boat The people in the office, extremely unprofessional after three hours waiting, they they said they have no gas before we left. They bring one boat out and they put some other people on it with no explanation when I try to speak with the manager nobody wants to give us the name on the manager. My favorite SoCal lake. Far enough away from Los Angeles to be very peaceful and fun to fish. Had some crazy amazing fishing days here. Also had some humbling days here, but all in all, I always have fun and enjoy this lake.
After a misunderstanding on the start of the boat rental. We were charged for two hours that we didn’t use the boat and when we finally got to use it. It broke down 30 mins into the ride. We had to wait another 30 mins to get someone to help and tow us back. Not the best experience
The lady I talked to on the phone had a very bad attitude for 10:00 in the morning
