I've never in my working life had a boss lie to me till Pyramid. There is only 1 side they hear, the client, no matter if it's truth or fiction. I worked too hard and cared too much. And according to client comments to me they receive very little help. Really a shame. Thankful this was my last working job. Retired now and just reflect.

This place is horrible! I was assured by their corporate office in Cape Gerrardo that they have the skilled workers we needed before hiring them to care for my quadriplegic brorher. They do not have trained personnel, but will send them out anyway expecting the client to train them on both advanced care and the most basic of tasks, i.e. when to take out the trash and wash their hands. Thats if they bother to show up. Which they dont, without notice. They lack basic communication skills with their workers. Aids would show up ... read more

Kim is a liar. They promise to get you a home aide out to you they never do. They have communication and more turnover than a mcdonalds. They dont pay their people they constantly screw up payroll. Goto Rescare or Victory but stay far far away from these people.
