Athen, is definitely way above a 5 star! He's down to earth and a straight shooter! He let's you know what the issues are and gives you what options are available for whatever the problem or problems may be.. He definitely doesn't try selling you stuff you don't need or want! I've had excellent service with him each time I've needed him. First time the ac needed Freon and leak sealant, the second time the thermostat stopped working due to two different power surge issues causing errors & not communicating with the ac unit.. ... read more
