Athen was great, he quickly found the problem and resolved it. I will definitely be using Pyramid Heating in the future for my mom's house and my personal house also.
The owner of the company is an absolute joke they go through employees so fast due to the owner's son who is allowed to do whatever he wants. And if a problem happens he then cries to his daddy and his dad steps in to stop all complaints and pushes everything to the side like it never happened. Claims to be a bible thumber but is run more like a cult.
