Our experience with Pyramid has been fantastic. Our technician, Athen is very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and was patient with my questions. He arrived within the service window and was efficient. Setting the appointment was easy online and I received an appointment reminder the day before which was very helpful.
The technician, Athen, completed thorough HVAC maintenance and was very knowledgeable when I had questions. Scheduling on the website is easy.
I told Athen he consistently has good reviews and that’s why we chose Pyramid heating. He was so knowledgeable and nice! He gave us recommendations for our very old system and he also helped us install a smart thermostat.) We are so glad we chose Pyramid!
