Athen has been out to correct problems with the original installation of our HVAC system several times. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Athen has recognized things that weren’t installed, in our newly constructed home, correctly and has been very helpful in getting the HVAC system repaired and ducting replaced to make our 2 ton system work correctly, all on warranty work.
