It's a good place but the people that run it have there staff spread extremely thin. The food is real good! Jamie, "Big girl", Justin, Troy and every one else in the kitchen kill it! The staff that you deal with daily is mostly really good people and genuinely care. The place is just rough in appearance, cleanliness and to much like jail or prison because a lot of the unnecessary, meaningless and thoughtless rules. The Medical, Counseling and Support staff are extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend Pyramid!
I honestly thought the days were gonna go by so slow, and that I'd hate it but I meet some really amazing people. I give it to the beautiful Mrs Jennifer akers you were fun to be around you have a kind heart and soul and I just wanted you to know your really amazing at what you do. It's me lillie btw!! B side. I need some details on the facility and the co-ed situation for future reference and the living quarters is there anyone who has any knowledge.... Also how are the visits setup bc I have been trying to be able to visit my family in this facility and we've not had any availability stil, it's been going on two weeks now
