I went here for outpatient treatment and have stayed sober for 6 years with their help and my own willpower. But then Pyramid Healthcare bought the Mountaineer facility and turned their goal away from helping community members get/stay sober and into purely making MAX profit. Even at the cost of out-patients' sobriety. I had a good experience the staff was amazing and so was the consuler Kalvin always made me smile plus the staff Ron and the other woman plus nursing was amazing they respected me and loved me good experience

Kinda like Jail but with ppl that refuse donations. Have limited housekeeping and resources for intake and just pure personal upkeep for a individual that has surrendered themselves to a rehabilitation center for help. They choose your meds. They choose when you eat. When you sleep. When your classes are. Smoke breaks that they never miss, ew. And when you want to suggest something it goes into a chain of 14 ppl and three days pass before you get attention on said ask.

My suitcase got lost gave away then threw away I have YET to receive my gift card for that and I left on Monday it was supposed to be here asap. I was supposed to leave on a Sunday only had one phone call and could not call my family back to tell them it would be Monday instead ! Whatever you do - DO NOT come here. Most incompetent staff that exists on this planets - including both nurses and admin staff. If you have any slight medical issue they will send you to the hospital - they are not equipped to deal with medical issues that come along with withdrawal. Absolutely horrible place go anywhere else but here.
