The admin people don’t tell you that they take almost everything from you that you cannot have I could not have my make up perfumes and of course, not your phone the whole time which I do understand the phone a little bit I honestly did not have the best experience at pyramid due to the issues that I had there. I went here for outpatient treatment and have stayed sober for 6 years with their help and my own willpower. But then Pyramid Healthcare bought the Mountaineer facility and turned their goal away from helping community members get/stay sober and into purely making MAX profit. Even at the cost of out-patients' sobriety. Just a couple weeks ago, Pyramid's corporate branch decided that they weren't sucking in enough money from the desperate people in the MAT program, so they wanted the program to fully end. I had a good experience the staff was amazing and so was the consuler Kalvin always made me smile plus the staff Ron and the other woman plus nursing was amazing they respected me and loved me good experience

Kinda like Jail but with ppl that refuse donations. Have limited housekeeping and resources for intake and just pure personal upkeep for a individual that has surrendered themselves to a rehabilitation center for help. They choose your meds. They choose when you eat. When you sleep. When your classes are. Smoke breaks that they never miss, ew. And when you want to suggest something it goes into a chain of 14 ppl and three days pass before you get attention on said ask.
