The nurses were awesome and I am one month sober! However, there was a staff member (blonde hair, on the bigger side, and always wore pink) that was really rude. She had no compassion and said some hurtful things to me and multiple others during my stay. She should not be dealing with patients who are withdrawing
Brought me six hours away then told me they couldn’t treat me because of my autism. Overheard the nurse say “call transportation now we can’t treat her she has autism.
When I was transferred to the second facility after being SA'd, they ✨️forgot✨️ to send my anxiety and sleep meds with me so I discharged. Having to deal with the anxiety of being SA'd without my meds was more traumatic than the SA itself. After calling everyday for my medications because they lost them, it passed the 72h window so they said they have to throw them away anyway. The way they handled everything was awful, and now i have to pay out of pocket for meds because insurance wont cover them
