The counselors where great. Joel Lindsey,Geanne ,Angie are great in my recovery. Pyramid as a company sucks,doesn't give a shit about the clients in Palmyra and Mechanicsburg. Don't go to Pyramid....all for money and that's it. I would give a 0 if I could.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Joel who did my assessment was very kind, and funny. My only issue, and it’s just something that I personally can’t stand, in the waiting room the sound system was playing waves crashing over and over. I understand it’s supposed to be calming, but I hate all those soothing sounds CDs, so I wanted to stab my eardrums (joking). I couldn’t tune the sound out because it was kind of loud. But that’s just me, I listen heavy metal classic rock and reggae to calm myself.

Joel made the classes very informative and interactive. I walked away feeling very confident about my abilities to now control my actions and emotions.

Nate, my counselor was wonderful! He is so organized, knowledgeable and kind. He was the best I have had. However, as far as the building. You can never get ahold of anyone there to discuss appointments or issues. Communication is horrible.

Told my husband his sessions would cost ~$30 each. Had him attend over 4 sessions before admitting that his two different services would cost $79.57 and $176 a piece. This is totally irresponsible and taking advantage of those in need. Don’t give false information to lure in business. I received services here as well before, but would never recommend to anyone. Find yourself an honest, genuine counselor. M&S is not that
