In my opinion after doing 30 days here at pyramid health and Concord North Carolina I have completely gained a chance at life that I lost I've learned why I relapsed tools to combat that relapse and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that struggling after going to detox or just reach out to them it's a good place they care the staff will work with you on a one-on-one basis and a group setting it's absolutely worth it they say my life
This experience here has been the greatest one so far of this New clean life thanks to everyone
Great place for recovery! The food is amazing! They allow you to smoke, just a great place, my only complaint is understaffing and some are not fully trained but for the most part they are friendly and truly here to help you in the road to recovery and sobriety.

It was difficult due to me receiving the wrong medicine causing withdraw symptoms but overall there were greet staff and great food.
