Pyramid is a very accessible inpatient facility, that works with a wide variety of insurances. The facility is spacious, clean and well staffed. We have had positive outcomes on several occasions referring clients.

My daughter did not end up staying long and has still not received the medications she brought with her. She had a recent surgery and they haven’t sent any of her necessary prescriptions back to her. It’s been almost 10 days and insurance won’t allow her to fill the again. Very unprofessional and dangerous. Be careful.

I took my husband to get help for his cocaine addiction so we could fix our marriage, but the reality is that he fell in love—and left me for an employee at the facility.Cell phones are prohibited at the facility—that is just part of the treatment—so the staff members lend their personal phones to the patients.
