I have been trying to report inappropriate behavior at the rehab center where I sent my partner for treatment several months ago. He was calling me from numbers that didn't belong to the center; when I called back, a woman answered. I asked my husband about it, and he said the number belonged to a nurse working there. Three months later—she is very cunning—she set up a number to text my partner, asking if he had forgotten her or if he didn't remember what had happened "on the corner of 212."
