We’ve had a fantastic experience with Anthony & Jerry at Pyramid. Their team is professional, reliable, and dedicated to delivering quality outcomes on time. Communication was clear and consistent, and they approached challenges with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. Highly recommend them for any commercial construction needs in Perth.
I would STRONGLY recommend not purchasing an apartment that was built by Pyramid or Developers not to Consider Pyramid when It comes to their next project. Nothing but on going issues Pyramid fail to acknowledge and shift blame where possible. This organisation should not hold a building licence.
Adam and his team of tradesman do not reply to messages, cancel appointments last minute and are unable to give a clear timeframe of their work. I first enquired about them fixing a leak in my ceiling 3 months ago, multiple visits later, time taken off work to give them access, it is still not fixed.
