Unfortunately, I didn't get to have the same highly rated experience as most of the reviews. This occasionally happens with businesses. I will say the exterior is clean, the location is easily accessible but it's tucked in a small shopping strip. The inside looks a bit cluttered but still clean. I wasn't greeted on both visits. The second visit, it took several minutes for an employee to check me out. I was quoted a different price for an item at drop off than I was at pickup. Nope, no no no! I was quoted one price at drop off and additional dollars at pick up. They have a sign that said $15 minimum to pay with credit card. My clothes were more than double that minimum, still get a service charge by paying with credit card. I mean who does that these days? There are plenty of cleaners in the area. Bye Felicia!

Long story short had a HUGE soot mess from before Christmas that literally covered every surface in our downstairs including our keepsake decorative pillows (the pictured one we’ve had for over 20 years). Pyramid cleaners did a FANTASTIC job at restoring them. My wife said our pillows had never been so fluffy 😊. I’ve already gone back to them to clean my author hats. Very nice family owned business with very reasonable prices. Highly recommend

This is the best cleaners hands down! I was looking for someone to alter 2 shirts for me. I found this cleaners on Google and called. The first good thing that I like about this cleaners is that the person who answered the phone was very nice to me. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. That stood out to me because I feel like you can tell a lot about a place of business just by how a person answers/sounds over the phone. Picked up a pants romper that I had altered into shorts for this summer heat 🥵 and it fit exactly to where I wanted it!!.. Great job and Thank you so much Pyramid Cleaners!
