Pyramid Cleaners did a fantastic job! The team was professional, reliable, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. My clothes were cleaned and pressed perfectly, with great attention to detail. Everything was ready on time, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Pyramid Cleaners to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality dry cleaning and laundry services.
Unfortunately, my sister had her wedding dress cleaned here and the dress was beautifully cleaned but ultimately damaged. One bustle came back broken and one side of the chest padding was completely missing. I called to follow up and was denied a refund, even with the wedding a week away. Regular dry cleaning is probably great but be careful leaving anything precious like a wedding dress here.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to have the same highly rated experience as most of the reviews. This occasionally happens with businesses. I will say the exterior is clean, the location is easily accessible but it's tucked in a small shopping strip. The inside looks a bit cluttered but still clean. I wasn't greeted on both visits. Long story short had a HUGE soot mess from before Christmas that literally covered every surface in our downstairs including our keepsake decorative pillows (the pictured one we’ve had for over 20 years). Pyramid cleaners did a FANTASTIC job at restoring them. My wife said our pillows had never been so fluffy 😊. I’ve already gone back to them to clean my author hats. Very nice family owned business with very reasonable prices. Highly recommend
