From my initial call to Pyramid, Pat was extremely efficient in his response & scheduling. Pat arrived as promised, polite & proceeded to clean our carpet. We purchased our townhouse recently & discovered our carpet very dirty with pet stains. Pat created a transformation on our carpet & we would be very happy to give Pat & Pyramid an excellent service outcome.
Based on a couple of excellent Next Door reviews, I contacted Pat, owner of Pyramid Carpet, Upholstery & Tile/Grout Cleaning Company. He was so easy to work with, from scheduling an appointment quickly, moving a loveseat in the den to get more of the carpet added into the cleaning, and outstanding quality carpet cleaning. The carpets look amazing and reflect Pat’s thorough expertise and energy in getting the carpets into great shape. I highly recommend this company when you need your house to shine.

He was on time, polite and most importantly did a great job cleaning our carpet. He also did a great job getting the excess water out of the carpet so it would dry faster. It looked great afterward.
